And with this it is a guaranteed "No" from TC side in the next referandum...

I totally agree with you turkcyp. It's too stupid to connect lifting the embargos with punishment of GC community because they said "no" to Annan Plan. From now on, until a solution is found; economic embargos should be imposed upon those GCs who use TC property in South. All foreign countries that bought products cultivated on "stolen" TC land should be sued by TCs.

actually control would be by the EU as a oversite,and both t/c and g/c would share the port,its also a confidence building measure for both communitites to work together.

And you call massive developments on GC property and land in the north confidence building? Its a result of cause and effect. The cause being the illegal development of land and the effect being legal action by the legal owners.

If you want to build confidence then stop developing privately owned land. It is quite simple and obvious.
