This is the man GCs ask TCs to joint them in calling the president of Cyprus. This is what TCs resisted 44 years ago. This what the TCs resist today. This is what TCs will resist to the end, if necessary with their lives. (from Cyprus Mail April 22, 2007) :

i think it is better to judge tpap, on his actions (or non-actions ) than from parts of a speech. that would make way more sense. and believe me , there are a lot to critisize.

besides, even the "leftist" talat , claims to be represent and protect turkishness. if we start with this we ll just have another sensless discussion

so whats the big deal about that turkish speaking people in the north of the island say the same things to turkey everyday whats the bid deal ..................... you post that as something incredible theres nothing incredible about your post you could have shortened it and called it traitors of cyprus and put both names on there turkish speaking and greek speaking

Don`t worry, his actions speak for themselves better than what is quoted above for the man is one of the architects of the Akritas Plan. And what he says in this quote can not be shoved away as simply as you`d like to see it done for it is not made at an election campaign or a chat with one of his racist buddies. He is reassuring his allegiance and loyalty to Greece in his crusade in Hellenising Cyprus. Read it carefully:

The whole point of this post is that the RoC is saying we as TCs should join them. What can you guys see in that speech that would tempt us. When Talat talks he does not talk for the whole of Cyprus.

Turkey is attacking with political and military means in W.T.,Aegean and Cyprus ,this is a reality.
Probably you are not interested that Turkish leadership adopt the theory "Lebensraum" (living space,vital space) to "protect" her vital interest.
Hitler and the National Socialist German Workers Party were also supporting "Lebensraum" to support the vital space and vital interest of the Third Reich(for more details you can read the Turkish edition of Mein Kampf,used to be a bestseller in Turkey).
For this reason if you are searching for fascism don't go 40 years back search in our era and in your neighborhood is more easy to find it.

I have no doubt that it is a sweet melody to your ears, seleucus Nicator of Athens-Greece, to hear the so-called president to declare "Cyprus" is continuing to "fight for the national and physical survival of Greek Hellenism" and that "Cypriots" "are forward defenders of Hellenism in its widest meaning and dimension".

We the TCs have been proudly preventing ENOSIS and Hellenization of Cyprus for the past 44 years and will continue to do so if necessary with our very lives. This statement and state of mind of the GC leadership is the perfect legitimization and validation of TRNC and our struggle in the Cyprus conflict. This statement should be memorized by each and every GC that dares to speak of unification under terms which the TCs are a minority under an administration that sees itself as the: “forward defenders of Hellenism in its widest meaning and dimension”. GCs can Hellenize, baptize, hypothesize, or do whatever they want in the South, I don’t give a sh... But if they even come close at daring to imposing it on us, they will face the consequences.

It is getting so boring that time and time again we see GCs coming out with the hypotheses that the rest of the world use force to further their cause but Hellenism just uses coercion and love. The people that become Greek do so of their own free will.
