I say around 130k but this is not set yet.. (it could be less)
Its not because i would like to try and squeeze what i can out of people..
Thats not how i work. (I am British)
Its because the building valuation cost has not been completed yet.
Once its done , I will know the cost .
They will be Quality built houses , as i will be living in one of them,
my brother (who is a builder) and his wife, will buy another one,
plus one is already sold .
There are 6 in total . 3 are still for sale.

Now Remember !
I am living there ...
The last thing I would do is build average quality property
when I am living next door to my buyers..

Not many people do cavity walls, we are
Not many people do hardwood window frames, we are.

We dont need high profit margins, like the big developers.
