I list this house on behalf of my couisin who lives in newyork. he is my auntie son. He want to sell the house he have in Florida. Whats wrong with this. In uk and usa Transactions is not how it is in cyprus .I heard that 2 Turkish Cypriots sold there land and half of the money paid by cheque and it didnt cleared.
EVERYONE KNOWS IN USA OR UK .
The buyer and seller uses different solicitors and first they do excange and after comlition.
You transfer the money to your own solicitor and then when the freeholed transfered then your solicitor transfere the moey to my solicitor. Whats wrong with this.

there is a couple of people on this forum that I would not trust and have very little respect for and gav is one of them. Let alone trust him with $3.5 mil.

ITS NOT ABOUT TRUST.You are jealous. You cant see any successfull Turkish Cypriot Businessman . You can not have it. How i can do anything illegal with a property sale. ARE YOU THIS MUCH RACIST

If he is selling a property, he will not be holding the £3.5 million, so no need to worry whether you trust him or not, that will be down to the solicitors dealing with the sale..

This post smacks of attacking another forum member, which is not allowed...
