Could you please explain how this can happen .

Now I know it's possible for tc's to move south and there are a few that have BUT I wasn't aware that gc's could move back to the north .

Also O wise one will they be able to live in their own houses again .

If every person that owns property and land was to go to the north and sit down on their land or outside their property and refuses to move I wonder what will happen.
