A young GC falls in love with a TC girl at one of his trips to the north. He realizes that he can have his cake and eat it too so he decides to stay there in the north with her. That way, he is closer to the casinos and away from his mother's anger when she finds out what happened. A lot of copy cats follow what he did and slowely, slowly more GCs move to the north abandoning their homes in the south. The economy in the North picks up and flourishes. If GCs could only find something that the TCs like and attract them to the south, then we will have a perfect world where GCs and TCs can live together.

If every person that owns property and land was to go to the north and sit down on their land or outside their property and refuses to move I wonder what will happen.

But everybody knows that If a GC aply court in the North they can have their houses back . But papdopulus said its a criminal offence to go and apply. You welcome to have your houses back . Ant the court in North is not Turkish . Its a EU based.

well there is definately plenty of mainland Turks and Wolvies to challenge them thats for sure

plus i doubt any GC is stupid enough to pull anymore lame protests as we all saw what happened the last time...

and for your information, GCs CAN move to the North and live and work there as some already do, and if you want your house back go apply to the property commission and hope for the best

Today I visited Fanos in the north part and went around, meet people and talk for few hours...there are few GC working there is true but not too many and they can do what Shahmaran said but its another way to recognised the TRNC! They can have even the property documents ... property title...if its called like that in English as well...at least is what Fanos told me today!!!!
Working in the south and being a GC have lots of difficulties...things are not so ideal as Shah wants to present but its is possible! How many are going to do that with the situation like that????

No it looks to me like he is saying that only Greek Cypriots moving north will improve the economy.
