White Australians are mainly decended from Brits but they don't call themselves British Australians. Lots of Brits are decended from Saxons etc but they don't call themselves that.

People should have more pride in the country that birthed them rather than tie themselves to an anachronistic idea of a 'mother' country.

Diversity is well and good but within Cyprus. No one wants to stop people talking Greek or Turkish just call yourselves bloody Cypriots for goodness sake instead of hanging onto 'mothers' apron strings. Goes both ways by the way.

Whats wrong ? If the isolations lift and direct flights start then nothing wrong really . But anyway if you dont mind to wait that long we shouldnt argue this much about Cyprus problem and just carryon our lives happily. Why we argueing here everyday . For nothing.

WHy lift your self imposed isolation? Why allow direct flights, have you forgoteen that the Turkish army invaded this country? Are we supposed to say thanks?

I believe in a fair solution, the Annan Plan was a Turkish solution.
