I may be very interested in your nicosia appts if they are on pre74 turkish deeds..

They are on Pre74 deeds 100% ,
Gonyeli Yenikent . In North Cyprus is the most expensive area because all Turkish deeds and very easy access to Kyrenia , Famagusta and Morphou and a university.Also the road goes to the south cyprus is just nex to it . I build the 2 flats already and i will do four more flats . The building will be miniblock (6 flats only)which not many people share and very nice area because many villas there as well and now its illegal to do appartmants on that area.I got the permission before the law. it wil be 3 floors and 2 flats each floor. You can pay some in front and some when i m building. I m very well known person in North Cyprus and i have referances. (Me or my family dont owe any money to anybody or any bank) . Everything i m trying to do with my own funds. This is the link where is the flat . See where is @2007google its there.

and i have another flat for sale if you interested in Central nicosia next to British embassy and that one is expensive area as well because same turkish deeds and 100 meter from the south with a view of villas (5th floor with lift) . Need a bit decoration. already i have tenants which they stayed 4 years and 2 girls they study . The likk again where is the @2007google. All my properties are pre74 turkish deeds
