That looks like a flea market to me Maybe it is appropriate for the Turkish taste I think you can install youtube and other add-ons on this forum also. Maybe we could ask the Admin.

It's not the layout, it's the content.
It's quite normal to get repeating subjects on a forum, nothing special, all other fora have the same problem. The only reason it happens, is because new members do not use the search option to find out if their question is already answered before. If you send all new members 1 or 2 emails extra to explain this, it helps a lot.
Another tip is to use the sticky feature more often. That way members see that good threads get more rewarded than average or nonsense threads.
I think we should not scare away new members by becoming angry if they ask a question that has been dealed with in another thread. Point to the other thread and show how you found it. New members are the ones who will also bring new subjects if their questions are answered, and the other members treat them right...
