yaya means pedestrian
and ''yaya nine or nene'' means pedestrian grandmother.lol

Translation is "Please use the pedestrian subway"
the dictionary meaning of "alt gecit" is the "passage below" so the pedestrian in the picture is using the one below the sign :wink: :D
