I agree,Viewpoint!
You see ,when you are sensible even I will agree with you...
Me too.!!!
Welcome back VP. I missed sparring with you for the last few days...well sort of.
My blood pressure is much lower thanks to you, since you have been away.
.
I recommend that you take more vacations in the future.
OK, back to your post.
Whether the child was dead back in 1974 or he is still alive today, Turkey does not have any right to keep quite on this, no matter how many "cans of worms" it will open, as a result. The child was in Turkey's custody in 1974, and bears all responsibility, or do we just look the other way, when such unpleasant events are done in the name of "intervention", therefore the mother's pain and loss of the her child can be side lined. I'm not a parent, and I feel very strongly about this, but you are a parent, so you tell me VP, how would you feel, if your child was in the same situation. Just because it is not our kids that have been missing for 33 years, it should not be seen as unworthy of knowing the truth, because it may open "can of worms". I believe all the "cans" should be opened, by everyone, Turkey, Greece, TC's & GC's, going back to 1963, so that we all know, where all the bodies are buried and who was responsible for their demise. The purpose is not to count who has killed more than the other, but to bring closure to their families and to our dark part of history, and it is only then, trust can be built upon to move forward.
