Do you think they've already reunited him with his mum?

No i don't think so T_C. His mum already said all she wants to do is hug him and give him her blessings. She doesn't want to destroy his life. The man today is 38 years old married with 2 children.

We will learn more tomorrow from Politis newspaper.

I bet he could make a mint by sueing the Turkish government. Should do it too - they cant be allowed to constantly get away with these things.

Snake what will they gain??
Odds are if there is anyone else still alive they won't let any journalist investigate it. Do you think is easy for a journalist go searching in Turkey?

Imo the reason they are giving the NEWS 5 months later is because of that. They promise they wouldn't make too much noise about it.

Btw there is also a GC woman who is still looking for her twin infants.

what we now read in the media happenned days ago. today parashos describes the first meeting with christakis (or now hakan) .

the mother was informed. it is apparent from what it is written in the media. i can not say if mother and son already met - but i wouldnt exclude that this already happened

No dear Birkibrisli. Paraschos the owner of Politis newspaper is a very well known humanitarian person. He wouldn’t just spend a fortune travelling in Turkey for a few articles.

OK here’s a summary from todays Politis article. Before leaving for Turkey he met the mother of the boy who had information through London from the military doctor who trated the boy. All the information were pointing to the person in Adana. His real name is Hakan Kutevu. Here’s his photo.

During the meeting at a restaurant by the lake of Adana he was smoking non stop.He first asked to learn at what exact point Christakis was wounded. Paraschos told him that according to the mother the bullet scratched the right knee and then ended inside the left. Hakan raised his pants and there were exactly the same marks on his knees.
He said it was his son who saw the photos in Sabah and at first the child wondered why they were publishing photos of his father when he was a kid.

After the meeting at the reastaurant they went to his home. His mother never explained him anything about his life and his wounds. She was there during the meeting but she wouldn’t like to say anything. His wife is called Fatos(from Fatma), his 16 y.o son Mert, and his 9 y.o daughter Ilayda (from the Greek name Iliad- ain’t that strange!!!)

Hakan did not refuse to take DNA tests but asked for some time to first talk with people who knew him when his was a child, his mother etc, and also do some thinking. He said if the DNA tests would prove possitive the new situation would perhaps become dangerous both for him and his family.

On Monday Politis will continue the article publishing the meeting Paraschos had with the military doctor.

Thanks ,dear Pyro, for all that info.

If Hakan is Christakis that would be wonderful news for the real mother.

But Hakan/Christakis' life will never be the same again...
Hm...........I wonder what kind of danger he is afraid of...No one would want to harm him,I am sure. :?
