i think that this can work against Turkey's bid for EU, it should anotehr criterion.

Is there any nation on earth where the Army is a state within a state? In Turkey more often than not, they don't know who decided what.Too many decision centers...

Is there any nation on earth where the Army is a state within a state? In Turkey more often than not, they don't know who decided what.Too many decision centers...
