he derived only the characters coz arabiq letters r not matching the turkish phonetic..yes Thank God he did it, coz it was a right desicion..

no no i have no problem with arabs what so ever, i was just curious to know what the word meant in Arabic and if the cheese actually existed over there or is it exclusive to Cyprus, i just remember reading somewhere that it meant cheese, thats all...
