RoC title deeds can be easily checked at the department of land registry but I don't expect GAVCARoCOM to post that on here.

Still looking for architect because getreal seems is not an architect !!!

If you going to design me a villa then i have to know your number and office adress first. This project its nothing to do with the next project. This is 220 sqmeters. but 120sqmeters for 65k
