Greek court bans Muslim association for calling itself "

How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

You're so double sided. On one hand, you defend the RoC, ask TCs to come back and everything. On the other hand, you say how the RoC is undemocratic and it was not accepted by the majority of Cypriots. How can you expect TCs to feel safe to return to the RoC when you continually express the "majority"s dissatisfaction with it? Why don't you stop going around the bush and tell us that you really like the situation right now where there's no TC representation in the RoC?

I didn't say that RoC is undemocratic! What I said is that RoC was not formed in a democratic way, but by some outsiders. I am just stating a fact.

And by the way, I don't know how many times I will have to repeat this, but I don't expect TCs to trust me. I know that they will act in the way that they will benefit the most, and screw us as much as possible, and this will be anyways the case either they trust me or not.
TCs will only trust those that accept their undemocratic demands where the 18% minority is given 50% power. So sorry, but I will never be included in the ones you trust.

As we say: Good deals make the good friends. (and bad deals create problems)

Piratis at the moment the news thats coming from the south and greece is that they are going to look at making changes and revive the Annan plan.

Also you say that the ROC was not formed in a democratic way (i will not argue this point as i was not there) but tassos recently stated he would vote yes for the 1960 constitution, so would it be fair to say the 1960 constitution is a democratic agreement that could work.

This is the exact mentality that worries me and TCs. You consider TCs as greedy, selfish enemies and this is not the case. We don't want to screw GCs as much as possible. All we want to do is to make sure that the past does not repeat itself and we don't end up being excluded from the government for another 40 years living in isolation. If you call this "screwing" GCs then go ahead.

It can be argued that the ambargoes that are in force against the tc is a form of gc screwing the tc for the last 30 years, which has been directly resposible for many tc to migrate abroad and the remaining ones in cyprus suffering low income, no trade etc. hence impoverished lifestyle while the gc live in a substantially better conditioons for the last 30 years.

But us stopping and debating who screws whom gets us nowhere.

the un has put reinforced the embargoes and so has the EU AND so has every country in the world except turkey,so obviously someone besides the G/C is doing something wrong in the north.the US stATE DEPARTMENT
issued a statement that it will forgo direct flights to the north because it is legally unable to do so.

The U.S says one thing and does another, if tasos keeps pissing them off, what will stop them doing another macedonia on you, remember the U.S is a law upon itself and always does what it wants hence the irak war.

And also at the moment the gc administration is blocking aid among loads of other things to the north designed to ease the tc isolation under the bullshit exscuse that it would be defacto recognition.
Is that not the gc screwing tc as we speak.

the problem that t/c just dont want to understand is that its a legal aspect that very difficultly will be overturned.macedonia and direct flights and trade to the north are like comparing apples and oranges, one is a legal matter and the other is a political.

And Cyprus is not a political matter in addition to legal?
