No, you are illegal because a) the so called 'TRNC' is a product of what is recognised internationally as a war crime and a crime against humanity (ethnic cleansing, bringing in of settlers and mass expropriation of the property of an ethnic group) and b) because under international law the entity does not exist and therefore cannot produce legal effects.
