With a bachelor's in english as well as being a native speaker (since you are american) you can take up parttime job as an english teacher.
you can take private tutions, put an ad in cyprus weekly and mention that you have flexible timings. 10 pounds/hour and you can be earning a lot and you don't even have to go to any office.
