Gav, as of right now no one is living in it. My brother lived in it alone, but he got a job in Nicosia and he will be building his own in our hometown soon, so he wants to sell this to start the house with the money. I will ask about the floor as I do not remember I only went there once. He used to rent it furnished for close to 400/mo but I cant promise you anything . You can email him directly with questions if you would like you, just let him know that you talked to me so he knows where you saw this and that you are interested. I don't see why you couldn't get a mortgage. I also dont think Karma was serious lol.
