There is a site called www.buysellcyprus.com, they are the largest real estate agent in Cyprus. Give them a search and see what you find. They literally have 1000s of properties. They offer properties for rental and for purchasing.

Buying is always good, but renting might be easier, normally banks over there ask for some sort of deposit so they can lend you the money which can be up to 30% of the property value. For most people this is overbearing.

I just don't get you at all gavcom

Everytime someone posts on this forum asking about buying in cyprus--- you promote the north and say it's better / cheaper etc etc.

I never promote any side . If you check my posts i m trying to give the best advise as possible. Myself i been everywhere in whole cyprus and i try to give best advise as i can . I m looking to buy a land in that areas because i want to try to find water (very nice water in that area)and also i have very good business idea but which it has to be in the south to make export easier . Thats all about . If i do the business in north its harder to export it abroad and honestly i wantto do business in the south . North Cyprus better place to live but financially South Cyprus have better advantages to do international business.
