2. murder

in this case the judge will be found guilty of manlaughter which carries a lesser charge.

They will because you kill somebody just that you will be in prison less years...that is the difference...I am a woman and its hard to tell...and even worst to imagine that...as for the rape but as for being in front of someone that close to me...I would better die after that or before even feel pain...

I hope this topic will have a reason!!! We dont mess with those subjects...

As for the solution...the judge...the law etc...I think we are not even able to imagine something like that ... if we really havent pass through that...and I hope nobody ever happen to been through that or will be ....I did heard a story like that ... being rape a girl in frond of her boyfriend..........

Sotos as for hitting the rapist over the head with a hammer, you would have to prove that the hammer was at arms length when you saw the attack and it was the first object you grabbed! You wouldn't be able to go away and bring it back......
