No ukman, sectioned : means to lock up in a secure unit and monitored because you are concidered to be a risk to the public at large.
Sanctioned : means to be cortailed,loss of privaleges,not allowed to do as you wish but not banged up.
Anyway they both apply to him regardless of each meaning.

Ukman...I am not in favour of Cavgarocom...or against him!!! But you said that you will not talk to him and you will not pay any attention to him...but you are still here watching this topic...and you reply as well...this post is after Cavgarocom post. And you refer to his post...how is that possible since you said that you will send him to covertly? I read posts that I dont like as well...if I have something to say...I post...but if i dont or I think that "this person doesnt deserve my attention" i just ignore his/her post and move on to the next post....If i dont care what he said and I want him to leave I just do not reply to his topics or posts...but you guys replied with negative posts...forcing him to leave from this forum...why is that? What was so wrong with him??? You dont like his posts? You think that he is an idiot? A moron or what else? You have the right to ignore him and do what you want and say what you want...but insulting him and forcing him to leave the forum doesnt make you guys better than him!!! He has the same rights as you...when you guys joined the forum did anyone insult you or force you to leave this forum???

Ukman said that he will not reply but he does, RichardB is willing to pay for the phone call to call the taxi to take him, Simonwjones...call him idiot and prat and that he waste our time...but he waste his time replying to his posts and topics, The Highlander, Bill and lots of other members are willing to say goodbye...but can you explain me why he is the most popular member in the poll?? Seems to me that some other members like him like Baggieboy...the same thing happened with Fanos as well...well you should have learn through that...when you really not paying attention to someone he/she might leave with his/her own willing...so dont waste your time as you said! I am not saying that Fanos left but he reduce his posts and its been a week or something to read negative comments about him!

And Gavcarocom...dont thank me this time...I said that I am not against you but not in favour of you...I dont know you and I dont want to judge you...But remember that you have to honour your words...if you say that you are going to do something just do it...or close your mouth...and in this situation your pc!!!
