Nice house. I'm currently looking to rent but can afford only 600 per month for at least 3 to 4 year lease. It is only half of what you are asking but it never hurts to ask. Nick

Hi Nick,
I believe with £600 you may rent an average house with a small yard. As you may have seen from my website this house offers so much more than that.
It's suited for people who are looking to live in a luxurious house and at the same time appreciate spending time outdoors enjoying the sunshine in the privacy of the relaxing green garden.
So I would say No to your offer, but Thanks.
