There is a specific forum for the 'Cyprus Problem', so why do so many threads on other forums get hijacked to focus on the self same subject ?. I am not attempting to belittle a very serious and complex issue, but nothing is achieved by mudslinging by entrenched individuals.

Age may not bring wisdom, but it does provide experience, and in my experience virtually all political and ethnic disagreements can only be eased by compromise.

Those on here who continually want to remain in the 'playground' arena i.e. "You started it,"" no I didn't, you started it" instead of trying to have a reasoned debate. Please do not corrupt forums that have nothing to do with that issue; it achieves nothing.

At the end of the day politicians are to blame, not ordinary people. Prior to the invasion most people got along fine together; that's the only hope for civilisation - cooperation and tolerance of other peoples views.

Radio I agree with you. It just seems to me, that people cannot help themselves and they just want to reiterate the same stuff over and over...

Whatever the title of the thread, by Page 2 the same people ar saying the same things as they did on every other thread in CyProb

..but it does get scary in there!
