Submitting your site to Google is all well and good, however you are not lightly to get traffic unless its SEO'd correctly in the first place

SEO is Search Engine Optimisation, ie working onsite and offsite to push your web site up into the first page of the search engines, and if you are good, into the top 3 positions, then you can get some serious FREE traffic

I use Open Realty to build my sites, http://www.cyprus-property.org.uk/properties is one of them, try "cyprus homes for sale" in Google, the address is http://www.open-realty.org. I can intall it if needed and host it for not much money.Once up and running it runs its self.
You can accept payments quite easily using PayPal, taking details and requesting payment using their payment request email system.
http://www.uk2.net offer the best and easiest to use control panel for your domain as well as registering it in the first place.
You will need other advertising mediums as well as Search Engine Optimization. Never put all your eggs in one basket.

Oh and forgot,
You can get free availability calendars from many sites. They can be intigrated into your site using "frames" or just by adding a link to the calendar, just add the code target="_blank" after the address to open it in a new window.
