I would say yes Cypriot Children get smaked on the bottom much more often than other cultures, but I wouldnt say THIS kind of behavior is the norm. Call children services and/or the police. ASAP would be my guess.

Kids who experience these kind of terrible things later as adults move to the "TRNC" and take up jobs in bogus universities! Please do something quickly!

Johnson....... I am a social worker with 15 years work experience and ten of that in the field of intellectual disability and child protection. I believe it is your responsibility to do something about it. To this end call the police and chat to them about it. They may have the number for the social services in cyprus.

alternatively you may want to kidnap the kid take him to the trnc where the casino and drug mobster will teach their good ways. LOL :)
