Tweak my Truck

I am quite attached to my elderly Isuzu KB truck, the only thing i desire on it (apart from electric windows, aircon, sat nav, 4WD, and just about every other luxury)
is Power Steering.
Is it possible to retro-fit power steering to my steed :?: :?:
