My wife and I are coming to Larnaca on Wed 19th Sept for a week to do some serious flat hunting. Ideally a re-sale in the town, Makenzie perhaps. We are looking for two bedrooms preferably two bathrooms. Would consider new or late off plan but price would have to be right. If anyone knows of property for sale (your friends' or one in your block/complex) perhaps you could let me know.

Jerry, I moved into my flat at the end of January and have been very pleased so far. Had 1 problem with the hot water which the developer too care off with days of me reporting it to him, he moved the whole tank to the other side of the roof for better sunlight on the solar panels.

He telephoned me a couple of weeks ago making sure I was happy with everything.

He has started buiding another block next to the one I live in, behind the the Debenhams area. If you are interested, PM me and when you get to Larnaca, I'll show you my appartment, if you like it, I'll introduce you to the developer.

OK. You know that you can come to north cyprus and apply to the court and they will give you back or they can give you compensation for it .
