free_cyprus, can you tell me how exactly Turkish Cypriots had their human rights violated by Greece? During the coup that lasted a whole 5 days, the coupists were killing Greek Cypriot resistance fighters and not TCs.

So please do not equate what Turkey did in Cyprus: occupation of 1/3rd of the island for 32 years, 6000 GCs dead, rapes of underage girls, ethnic cleansing of 200.000 people, with a coup that lasted a mere 5 days and it was nothing more than an excuse for Turkey to do all the above.

Greece for many years already is minding its own business and Cyprus is more a pain in their ass than anything else. They would be very glad to pick up everything and leave tomorrow if we asked them to.
On the contrary Turkey wants part of Cyprus for her own strategic reasons and they would do everything possible to keep the control of at least part of our island.

What you are saying is that on one hand you can support the occupation and exploit our properties in the occupied areas, and at the same time to come to the free areas and enjoy all the benefits from here as well. Thats what you want?

I never talk about 63-68 (the conflict was over by 68 by the way)? Of course I do. Go and check my posts and you will see that I talk both about EOKA B and TMT and the equal amount of victims that both sides had.

Now how is that an excuse for your illegal occupation and crimes in 2007????

If you want to talk about history no problem, lets talk about it, but it will not be just the tiny parts that suit you, is that ok? Do you only know about EOKA and not about TMT for example? And for you our whole history is just a decade?
