It kept a presence in troops forever (even a symbolic one) and also strenghtened the treaty of gaurantee allowing for another invasion if a TC civil servant was given a wage cut at some point (for lack of better excuses)....some of us have read the agreements so try to refrain from misquoting past solution proposals.
