Postby michalis5354 » Tue Feb 27, 2007 7:42 pm

I like Garlic and I think it makes the food delicious. What does anyone else think about this and do you eat garlic on a regular basis ?

Garlic Bread is excellent, I always buy this when I go shopping! :

Garlic is also very healthy

I take Garlic Capsules every day as well as using in cooking. Garlic is a great way of warding off chest infections (which I am prone to). I have not had a bad chest infection for 1 1/2 years since starting to take a daily (low odour) capsule. Seriously, try it if you are prone to coughs, infections etc.
