I agree with you VP. All citizens should be protected, specially a minority. It is in fact, the responsibility of the majority, to ensure that the rights of a minority or an individual, that all their rights are protected.
My formula for you VP, is to get a new Constitution written by the Cypriots themselves, without any Guarantors, other that the EU, with Turkey as a member, then go for the 2 states 1 country solution.
Easy to say difficult to accomplish...ask the GCs if they accept a new constitution and a resolving of the "RoC"?
That's totaly absurd to say the least!! Everybody knows and accept that in case of a solution there will be a new constitution. Be sure that the GCs would have voted Yes to the plan if the guarantor powers shit was out of the equation and had no say on how the constitution was drafted!

This is propaganda spread by Akel, and I say a very dangerous one because I guarantee you the Anan Plan will again voted down if only those parameters are corrected.
The most important issue is the property issue and any plan that dares steal the peoples properties and donate them to others is doomed to fail.
