For Mega Fanourios information:

1)Inherited property does not require the presense of a will. unless there are special conditions in there as to how the inherited property should be split.
2)Wills require authenticity verification by lawyers.
3)Property/profits made from crimes are not inheritable!

In other words if the person admits he killed Yiorkatzis, and he received lets say I million for it, that 1 million is not inheritable, and the lawyer who made that will must have been stupid on the first place.
There is something fishy in your story. I can hardly wait to see it published.

Furthermore…

If the lawyer who authenticed the will, did not advise his client that such a claim in his will would result in his inheritence getting jeopardised, and there is not a written statement in the will itself that the client fully understands and accepts this, then the lawyer himself will be in trouble and lose his licence for acting against his clients best interests….

In other words one can easily accuse the lawyer that he fooled his client to include such a claim in his will, for other motives.
Mega Fanourie I suggest you investigate the matter further before becoming International ridicule.

Ok here it is: Kypros Pafitis has died in London about a month ago. In his will he confesses the murder of Polykarpos Giorkatzis and he also reveals that the fortune he managed to create in the UK was fruit of the payment received for the murder from the hands of Tassos Papadopoullos. He apologizes and he is telling his family not to bury him with honours and instructs them to tell the truth which he could not take with him in his grave!. His lawyer is now trying to locate the right journalist to reveal the whole story of his deceased client because otherwise the inheridence can not be distributed!
