To show you can be taken seriously for a change. You claim you cannot work for the Cypriot press because they don't allow you to criticise Papadopoulos and Lilikas, yet we know that there at least two daily papers that continuously criticise both Papadopoulos and Lillikas, and you have worked for one of them for at least a month. So, if you can't find a television station or a newspaper in the free areas of the Republic that is willing either to hire you or keep you in their staff, that apparently has nothing to do with your personal views or any freedom of the press issues, does it?

Actually the Greek gov have always been liars and will continue to be.
The rest of the world may look for a change but there wont be any, that may be the reason why many UK citizens understand exactly who the Greek Cypriots are and don't like them.

As for many UK citizens not liking Cypriots ..Well please don't tar all of us with the same brush. I have been married to a Cypriot for 28 years and living on the Island for around 12 years out of the last 30 on and off, and I am in love with both the Island and its people who in my opinion are far more honest and 'straighter' than the citizens of the UK.

I have been living with the English people for 42 years and I can say the same thing.(and the wheather is getting better here too). Off to Cornwall this year....Can't wait.
