You are correct with trade through "RoC" ports but become part of the mechanism by working with GCs I have never read anything to support your claim. Did the "RoC" recruit TCs to operate jointly Larnaca airport? Could you supply links?

No I am sorry I have not kept the articles or links. My understanding was that you guys will operate independent of the greek speaking cypriots until such time that a permanent solution was found. But your idea sounds like a better one anyway.

Just a suggestion of how GCs can include TCs into the mechanism that will build a non exsistent trust between both sides and show businessmen that trading through the south can be viable and profitable as they would not be left to the mercy of GC officials.
