in order of goodwill toward a bicomunal / bizonal cyprus community, the RoC may need to invite turkish cypriots from around the globe to take up the allocated parliamentarian turkish cypriot positions as written in the 1960's constitution, provided that they have they interests, qualifications and will to be part of a new progressive cyprus. Innitially they can be consultants to the government and the turkish speaking cypriot community of cyprus, as there is already a leadership for turkish speaking cypriots, unless they (turkish speaking cypriots) decide otherwise.
