Carleen - I don't want to sound too negative, but last year we also waited for a parcel from the USA, which finally arrived after 3 months! Our parcel had also been "tracked" on computer which showed it had arrived in Cyprus quite quickly, but it took forever to be delivered. Other than pestering the Post Office (ours was the one in Larnaca) there's little else you can do as far as I know.
Incidentally, we're still waiting for 2 parcels from the UK which were posted in November/December 2006! Don't hold out too much hope for those!

Parcels do go astray, but many don't get through customs because they contain something that a zealous officer may consider as on the banned list (many foodstuffs, all plants and seeds, pharmaceuticals etc.)

90% of parcels coming from North America take ages to arrive here in Cyprus. I even have mine delivered to a BFPO address here and it still takes 6-10 weeks to arrive.. stay patient it "should" one day arrive.

In our case, the missing parcels both contained Champagne - sent out by family and friends for our 10th Wedding Anniversary, including one bottle which had been ordered with a commemorative label - I hope who ever took them enjoyed them!
