Best wishes for your exams Lena -- I'm sure you will do well.

In answer to your your question -- no I don't know Andrea's except for his posting on this forum and from some of his postings I guessed he was gay .

I'm not Cypriot as you probably guessed .

But I do love Cyprus and spend as much time there as possible .

When I came to the UK at 8 years old I only spoke Greek and Arabic .

Now I bet that's confused you.

I've heard of the term "Charlie" being used for a young person born in the UK of Cypriot parents -- but not Bill -- which is Vasilis in Greek.

I don't wish to broadcast my life history on this forum so I will PM you tonight that is if you are interested-- as it's getting late now and I'm going to try to get some sleep

Talk with you tonight

I understand and respect that...thank you!!!

You are right about Charlie is male and female is Charlou...!!! But we have another male adjective the Bill or to be more specific Billis which is used with the meaning of a brainless or naive person!!!

Thank you for spending all that time just for me...if you ahve to go to bed...please just do it ... dont stay awake just for me!!!!

whatever my sexuality is I guess it is irelevant. The term was used in a manner of fontness towards another human being I correspond with on some regular basis. Love is the answer my friend. Hence concerned about Zan,
