How much would you pay per month to have your own website designed and hosted?

You can host a website for 60 $US with 1GB space and 50GB bandwidth and all the features there can be.... so that is about 2.5 CYP per month....

I dunno for design fees but unless you have a dynamic site they are usually one off...

If you go with a US hosting provider then you wont have a local based support. And for$60 i wonder what kind of support and uptime you get.

Believe me it is pretty good... tested anyway this provider I use has a local Cyprus reseller and there is support in Greek as well!

I wouldn't pay more than 3 cyp per month...
You do not have that option however so cannot vote. Maybe you should add an option that says less than 5 cyp on your poll. Strahd is right. There are plenty designers that are cheap with good packages out there.

If you will get a template then get one of the best at www.templatemonster.com for $50 once off and not the crap of site builders and then have some teenager to add the content for you for 50 pounds once off. Then for small sites you can find good hosting for $5 (dollars) per month or even less. If you want anything good then you go to a good web design company and pay them some 100s pounds to make you a good website and then a small yearly fee to host it and keep it updated for you
