GG...I am not that bad person you know...why everybody think that I got you wrong or something...I know that you told me all that because you wanted to give me advice...and its just that I hate any kind of drug and avoid pills and doctors...except the dentist!! :) :) :) Dont worry its just that I had few problems lately and I have a really messy timetable...but if you see in previous posts I said that now I am better. I manage to sort it out (most of them at least) so I am able to sleep again. But anyway I dont need many hours. As for my health...I am really fine...young and strong!!! No problems at all at the moment!!! :D :D :D :D :D

With respect, but this is bollox. Melatonin hormone doesn't work like sleeping pills, and certainly in the UK these pills are not available from the pharmacy and I believe they are not even sanctioned for use by the British medical council at all.

lena mou I recomend accupuncture, chamomile tea before bed time and a dub of lavender essential oil behid the ears this will also keep the mossies away. I would also look at a synergy of essential oil baths for a short period. of course nos stress and reducing stress will be most beneficial.

Well, lack of sleep is an interesting thing. The real problem comes with sleep deprivation. If you are forced to stay awake, or force yourself to stay awake, or take drugs or stimulants regularly, then you have a problem.

But eventually if you do not do this then you WILL sleep because eventually without sleep you would die!

A lot of people get worried when they can't sleep, but this doesn't help and we will all sleep eventually if we really get that tired....

I am sorry Humanist but I hate needles...I am not afraid of injection etc but I hate the whole idea of the acupuncture. And I hate the taste of chamomile but I use other tea flavours that make me relax...I mint is one my favourite. Oh i have been told about rose tea I tried that but with me nothing had change...but you can try it!!! Its a bit rare but they told me that really works!!!
