drugs can be a good thing. you shouldn't be afraid of them. just use them when you need them.

Your going to have to sort your sleep patterns out soon before you end up a nervous wreck through lack of sleep
Now off to bed you go young lady --
Think of the most exciting and tiring experience you have had -- relive that moment repeat as required til you drift off to a peaceful sleep.
night night sleep tight and sweet dreams

The post was meant in a jovial and caring manner and without an ounce of anger attached to it .
I do really feel for you because I'm also awake at this time and you will notice a lot of my posts / comments are usually made during the night.
I have problems sleeping too but for a different reason to most people .
I worked regular nights for the last 6 years and now that's stopped -- no matter what I do I just can't get back into a regular night time sleep routine --It's going to take many weeks of wandering around semi dazed and confused during the day and bursting into life at night before I'll get a nights sleep .
As for the exciting / tiring bit I was thinking of a long swim to a beautiful Island and falling asleep on the beach with the water lapping around your feet or a long trek up the mountains -- savour the view then fall asleep under a tree -- use your imagination to make your situation both exciting and exhausting -- give it a try -- it might work
sleep sleep sleep now agapimou --- Bill
