Will TCs adopt the Euro?

How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

what we see is the word of the vips, plural, and thats all. I am sure there are tcs that they are proud of the cyprus history. i advice you actually use the name you are reffering to, in this case, vips, plural, rather than "they"

pyro, i see where you are coming from, but really that is a part of the cyprus history, and really noone has the right to take that away from you, by insting a 3000 year old figurine is offensive.

it seems, to some people in this forum, and i am not pointing fingers here, vips, plural, the history of cyprus either started in the 1550's or in 1960.

Pitsilos...I am sorry that I have to let you down...I use the word "they" because I am referring to 2 people and over. Yes VP is one of them and Shahmaran is the second one...as far as it concern this topic. But lots of others TCs I am afraid that they have the same opinion with them. To be honest before I sign in this forum I thought that most of the TCs wanted to be members of the RoC, EU etc. But since I saw all this words from those people referring to others as well...I have my doubts. You said also that they are proud about Cypriot history. I am afraid that I am not able to believe that since Shahmaran who is young didnt even know about that history...as for the elder like VP they reject that history as they reject all of the GC!

In any given year, I use Swiss Francs, British Pounds, US Dollars, and Euros, as well as other currencies when I travel other parts of the world, now and again. Not once did I examined the currencies and said to myself, I'm offended by what it's written on them. It's only a mechanism to trade and exchange, that's all it means to me, so lets not get too upset over everything and anything.

Lena, 5 people here do not constitute the majority of the tcs. I agree some, and not pointing fingers here, vips, plural, have become the anti christ, argue for the sake of arguing because their thoughts are really outdated.

i agree with you the figurine is part of cyprus rich history and in a two state, 1 country solution all cypriots will have to accept all parts of cyprus history. history just didn't start in 1550's, 1960, or 1983 as some people would like you to think, aint this right vips, plural?

i also agree vips, plural, are hypocrites, when they suggested the map of cyprus shoud been used instead. can you imagine the barrage coming from them, vips, plural, while frothing at the mouths?

The USA paper money has "In God We Trust" written across it.

I don't even believe in God, but it doesn't bother me to spend the money.

I agree with you that 5 people do not constitute the majority of the TC...but here are not just 5 TC and they represent I supposed their families and friends as they often admit that they have common ideas with them...Anyway I know that there are TCs that they want unification...but I doubt about the history issue!!!

the reason i mentioned vips, plural, is because, of the emotional blunting, intellectual deterioration, social isolation, disorganized speech and behavior, delusions, and hallucinations.

Earlier I suggested a suitable amblem for that coin, but nobody picked it up.I will repeat it here :Two He-goats with their horns locked in a fight to death,on a log struttling an abyss....don't you think that would be most appropriate,Lena mou? :D

For the record,I am very proud for most of my country's history, and not so proud of certain episodes of madness, which we won't go into here...

If you are a True Cypriot, you love your country, you love all her people no matter what ethnic origin they have, and you are proud of the parts that you should be proud of,going back 10,000 years...

And if you are a True cypriot your heart breaks every time you see people dragging petty political, sectarian, and divisive scruples into every aspect of life...
