New Business in a High Priority Tourist Niche

Need someone who is based full time in Cyprus to get involved in the start up of a new rural tourist venture in the Paphos District which already has the in principle approval of the CTO in Nicosia (Cyprus Tourist Organisation) and the support of the village Mayor.

The particular niche chosen has the highest priority in the CTO Strategy 2003/10 and it will have a great deal of positive support.

This situation could suit someone who has experience of whole site maintenance of a complex in Cyprus. But the best arrangement would be for the right person to take a direct financial stake in the business as a proper reward recognising the high value that they would be adding using their proven skills and high level of direct input required to start up.(ROC estimated to be in the region of 30/40% per annum.)
