If this is true this is disgusting, an absolutle disgrace. Healthy competition doesnt harm anybody. Taxi drivers make enough money with trips in and around Paphos anyway, which property management like this would not effect their bread and butter income would it. They also charge enough from airport to Paphos.

Do you have any evidence to back it up?

HOWDY FOLKS,does everyone go around with rose coloured specktacles these days in Cyprus,it does'nt matter what business you choose to venture into tread carefuly and very discreatly and keep it in the family.........horror stories, dont kid yourselves on there are hundreds of horror stories from ex pats, who just want to forget them and get on with there lifes again..............always remember its their country not yours and they do not like competition, keep your nose clean and ears to the ground and always be nice and polite, whether its returned or not never mind your Brittish and proud of it !!!!!!!!

Interesting information - will bear it in mind when we have airport pickups ;-)

Hopefully though, most of the arrivals will be having hire cars :-D

We would provide a quality property cleaning/maintenance/pool cleaning/garden maintenance service for property owned by by people who live in the UK and wish to rent out their property for holiday rentals. We could also include services such as airport collections if necessary.

We have alot of first hand experience with the holiday rentals market as we have had our own holiday apartment and then villa for the last 5 years, we found it difficult to find someone that we could completely rely on to look after our property properly and take on day to day maintenance such as problems with plumbing and electrics. We realise that there is a need for a service that would be completely reliable taking on the management of your property and giving you peace of mind that all is well with your property and that it is being well looked after and to let you know if there are any problems that need sorting.

If am just doing some background research at the moment to see if there is any interest for this sort of service in the Limassol area. If anyone is looking for someone to take on caring for their property I would be grateful for any feedback.

If you will plan to do in Kyrenia i can do partnership with you by providing whats necesarry because they charging £800 a year for pool cleaning and £1700 for garden meintenance for my friend
