You still think that Talat could want unification? He is still trying for partition like Denctash because this is the goal of the Turkish foreign policy for Cyprus!! Nobody can deny this!

Talat can, he's a politician and can admit or deny anything he chooses to, just like the rest of them.

he even threaten with war as the last result.

talat doesn't , don't know if he is cuming or breathing heavily

he wants unification, and a share of resources, but he is quite content spanking ankaras monkey.

i had some respect for him, but all that went out the window with the war comment. rather than saying it he should have reseigned in protest.

what a dickhead

and welcome duke :D

not violating any Art. At, so if it makes you happy leave as is.

Pitsilos, I had some respect for the man also and infact I believe I had a post congratulating him around the Ledra bridge and opening of check point, but like you it has all gone out the window after the war coment, I am also of the belief now that partition may be the best thing for Cyprus with closed borders I strongly believe that turkish cypriots need to make a choice, they either want true unification and sharing of resources jobs and health care, handing back refugee property where possible or they create their own state with their own helth care, employment opportunities etc, they need to hand back their EU passports, RoC identification cards, search for their own oil etc.

I have been on this forum for about 6 months I think and I am swinging towards partition myself now, the only sad thing is that refugees will miss out, but to some extend I think they are a bit over it, to somedegree they will be relieved as they will just give up thinking they have a piece of land, hme, hotel, factory in the north. And just like all cypriots we just have to accept the unfairness of loosing half our country to the the big UGLY, human right violating country and thus block them from ever becoming EU members, although I think their acytions of the last month have given EU enough knowledge of the sort of country they are. And to some end turkish cypriots deserve to have alegiance with them.

And why do we have to accept it? What will we gain from accepting what the Turks want? They will give us part of Turkey?
