Actually it wasn't organized to liberate Cyprus from the colonists. It was organized to make Cyprus Greece's colony.

So according to you Rhodos or Mykonos are Greek colonies? What other crazy are you going to tell us?

Actually some traitors were collaborating with Greek colonists in order to make all of us their slaves. So we cannot consider EOKA as the liberation fighters but rather servants of Greek colonists suits to define them.

Cypriots as a whole had the right of self-determination. Union with another country is one such right. The colonialists (and you) didn't accept to take a decision about the future of Cyprus in a democratic way. This is why EOKA was formed.

You still don't understand that return of all refugees is not feasible after all catastrophe the Enosists/Hellen extremists caused in Cyprus.

If for you our human rights are "not feasible", then you are our enemies.

Despite Enosists and extremists of Hellen side have costed us a huge damage; this didn't make me to hate all Hellens. So, you must get serious, Piratis evladim...

This is what you say now. What you usually say proves the opposite. You only like the Greek Cypriots that are willing to accept the victimization of GCs so you will get the benefits.

In the same way you wouldn't have Denktash as the president of a united Cyprus the TC's won't have Papadopoulos as their president. Do you understand this?

Papadopoulos got elected with a just 52%. TCs are 18%. In a united Cyprus were all people are equal with equal voting power, Papadopoulos would never be able to get elected.

If you hate Papadopoulos because of that, you can continue to do so, and throw as much mad at him as you like.

You hate Greek Cypriots because we do not accept to become second category citizens and compromise our most basic human rights so some others will benefit on our loss.

You have been doing such kind of propaganda for 30 years already. Aren't you bored of it?
My dear friend here you again behaving antagonisticly for the ske of it. The evidence is loud and clear that our illustrious President in the name of p
"patriotism" has resorted to such unacceptable activities against his compatriots. The Islamic Cypriots or the Otoman Turks are as Cyprus citizens as Mr. Papadopoullos. But unfortunately his Orthodox upbringing rendered insensitive toward the Tc. Surely it is obvous that he withhindsight he behaved with lack of forsight and now should suffer the consequences not becom the recognized head of Cyprus Gov( should not be so) as the true \\\cyprus \\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\government was illegally desollved in 1963 The British created suc a Government and then found it expedient to watch the Gc desolve it. What does this say about the British? The thought that comes to my mind is that "I am Alright Jack" something I have experienced living and working with the British for many years. You see my friend there too many people that can be blamed for our current Cyprus problem..

Dear Boulio You need to sold to the Arabs but probably you are not young enough to get a good price so we have to keep and put up with you.  How could you compare Mr Denktash whe never never participated in any mass murders. He was simply a member of an organization called T>M.T in order to assist in the preparation of a force to defend themselves as well as they were able with minimum resources against the those Gc who embarked upon a Genocyde against the Turks and the Maronites and those GC who were not sympathetic with E.O.K.A. Put this in your pipe and smoke my friend and I hope it helps you to become a more objective and realistic. Do you know that In 1955 I was debating with my compatriots in Cyprus that we should not become colonized by any one but I used to get insults and even threat on my life by By E.O.K.A's active sympathizers.

Are they sovreign states? Do they have sperate membership of the EU? Do they have a seat in the UN? This is the status that the 'RoC' would have today had it not been for the resitance of TC (patriots)!

Uzan, you are just repeating the good old Turkish propaganda.

Denctash was just a peaceful member of TMT, while Papadopoulos was a serial killer. Whatever. We've heard this crap a million times.

You are just accusing somebody without a single evidence, simply because the ones that prepare the Turkish propaganda told you to do so.

Erolz, one thing is what some of us would prefer, and another thing is the democratic right that Cypriots as a whole had.

I was not born then but, at least with what I know today, I would not support union with Greece. Apart from some additional security, a union with Greece would have mostly negative effects for the majority of Cypriots. However this is my personal evaluation, that is done long time after the 20's-50's that GCs of that time supported union with Greece.

Now for example we all know that Bush is the wrong president for the US. Does this mean that the people that didn't support Bush (about 49%) have the right to go against the will of the majority and bring Bush down? The answer is "no".

The correct sentence is "This is not just YOUR country but OURS too" which is something that I agree and I never claimed the opposite. It is not me that seeks restrictions of settlement and political rights in our country.

You see while there is restrictions by turkey to your freedom in the north the south is no better as it has restrictions on the tc too, so both sides at the moment are no better than the other.
