- 2+ bedrooms
- house with some garden or an apartment with a decent size terrace
- Must have a phoneline connected as we will need to get access to the internet arranged quickly
- budget max £400 pm

Hello, if you are interested someone has just asked me to put an advert in my shop window, they have a large 3 bed apartment with lounge, dining room, kitchen and all mod cons in the village of Kiti 5 mins from Larnaca airport, they are asking for £350 a month, if you are interested I can get the telephone number tomorrow.

Hi, Just seen your advert. We have a 3 bedroom house in a quiet suburb of Larnaca. It is well positioned for town and access to the motorways. At present we are redecorating etc. It has a big garden area and a small park opposite. As well as the three big bedrooms it has a big kitchen with eating area, two other living rooms, bathroom and another shower w/c.
