:? I don't think this is quite right... it doesn't look at all Japanese... I think it must have been converted probably from Katakana to Romaji (western alphabet) and gone all wrong in the conversion!

I can double check at home as my PC has Japanese character sets installed on it, as well as English.

"Aishite imasu" is how it should read, I'm 99% certain of that.

But I know that probably Japanese are more likely to say "suki desu" which is kind of less emotional, the Japanese are quite a reserved culture.

Well at least now you've got a chance of saying the right words if she ends up being japanese, russian, romanian..... ;)
