First car was an old Morris Marina 1600TC followed by - ford escort mk1 rs mexico,honda accord,honda civic,vauxhaul viva,vauhxal magnum,mini clubman,cortina mk3 2ltr ghia,fiat strada 70cl,fiat 130 arbath,vw sirocco,ford escort,ford siera 4x4,ford escort xr3,ford escort xr3i,ford transit lwb mini bus,talbot sunbeam,renalt fuego 2ltr gtx,mini metro gti,opel manta 2ltr gte,montego 1.6l,monteo 2ltr turbo,bmw 320i,ford transit 2.5 lwb,vauxhall cavalier 2ltr sri mk1,vauhxal cavalier 2ltr gli mk2,ford mondeo 2ltr,vauxhall vectra 2.5 sri,vauxhall vecta 2.5 gsi,vauhxall corsa sxi, nissan primastar 100dci van,nissan skyline 2ltr auto,nissan skyline 2.5 gts,i then had to sell my two best toys and my best ever van the nissan primastar before i moved to Cyprus in January.

Was that from the top of your head,Highs,or did you keep a record of all those cars you had????

There must be a car cemetary somewhere in Scotland with only your cars in it..

YES MATE........they've all ended up the same place as everyone else's ex cars end up either resale or scrapys.......or perhaps you think im a bull shiter is that your point?
As these cars are off the top of my head and i only put a little thought into it ,i love my cars its like a passion with me !!!!!

I can remember when i was only at primary school going round garages with my dad and he bought a ford anglia,and had it for years.......whats so sad is for one so young i can even remember it reg PTS 417.
P.S I can remember seeing a picture of a ford anglia police car on ebay not so long ago and the bid was at £4220 with 3 days to go !!!!

How much did your first car cost then?

Mine £750 with insurance of £500ish, tax £140 for the year. Repairs £1000 approx. When you only earn £45 week as i did at the time this is no fun. Now thank god I ponse round in a new car which has a 3 year warranty, Z4's are great in the summer but crap in the winter!

My fabulous Morris Ital (nicknamed Alf) cost a huge £1,000. A lot of money out of £6,500 per year pay!

nope it there was a corvair !!! a rear air cooled engine. a rare beast now indeed, as vw racers used to remove the engine and place them in the back of beetles or campers as they had more power
i think chevrolet used to make them.

Oh, i 4got 2 say earlier. My cheapest car was a cream Mini Metro which came with three months tax and MOT. You couldnt open the drivers door and you didn't need a car to start it. Guess how much i paid for it in 2000? I was the 3rd owner

How much did your first car cost then?

£800.

About a month later the auto transmission lost 2nd gear... cost to fix (on the cheap by someone) : £400 (saved £400 on that).

Then it needed a new weber carb. £200 for that.

Then......
and the list went on ad infinitum !!!!!
