Direct flights - 7000 in favour and only 300 against

How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

It’s quite normal to have this vision. In fact many of the TC veterans here had that vision from 5 years ago and still do, although it’s gone a little fuzzy these days much like the “TRNC” economy… :?[

I will not divulge how I know. We shall see.
The real issue is why are GCs so afraid of direct flights?

We're not afraid of direct flights ... we use them all the time!

BTW ... do Turks know how to fly planes, without dropping bombs as they go? :?

By my reconing they must be twice as good as their GC counterparts as they do twice as many landings for the similar journey.

As a matter of interest are you aware that we have two airports in the North, both ready for Jumbo jets. Fancy that!

That'll come really handy, apart form the fact that your only flights allowed in are 1hr away from turkey I can really see transatlantic flights leaving on a scheduled basis to visit an occupied 1/3 of an island in the Med.

BTW You have obviously no idea of the capabilities in the new Larnaca airport. Not only it can accommodate transcontinental flights but more importantly it probably will.

I guess you wouldn't know about that peccadilloe of theirs ..... since you buggered off the Island as soon as it gained Independence.

Are we talking about the same airport? You know the shack just outside Larnaca. Built on stolen Turkish land!

Where did you get the 1 hour from. Unless they started to use the Blackbird. But I don't think so somehow.
We are not interested in transatlantic flights. We would like to reduce the flight duration of 7 hours from 4 UK airports to Ercan or Gecitkale. We are not fussy you understand.
